Service
Service is an important part of boat ownership— one we take seriously. This year we've instituted new procedures to improve quality. Our service coordinator will be following the progress of your servicing each step of the way. You can even Schedule a Service Appointment Online!
During your initial inquiry about servicing, we will gather as much information from you as possible on desired repairs. This will help us in our scheduling as well as determining if we need to order special parts. Upon your arrival, we will have an estimate ready on repair costs and have a general idea as to how long repairs will take. The following day a technician will have completed a job review, explaining what needs to be done and suggesting any other repairs we feel are required. We will then call you to discuss the work that will be done on your boat. When your boat is complete we will call you to schedule a pick-up time. Plus, your boat will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
To further improve quality and speed of service, we have made available our winter service specials, not only to save you money but also to ease the spring crunch. Spring can be one of the busiest times of the year trying to prepare for the boating season, so avoid feeling rushed by getting your boat ready ahead of time.
We also can pick up and deliver your boat, but that service is provided on a limited basis. Same day service can be arranged for standard jobs.
